Exciting!! One great thing about yoga is that it is very well popular around the world. Don't have time to go out of your house to take a yoga class?. Not a problem!! You can take yoga classes online. It feels like you're exactly there in the room with the instructor and other classmates. Devon and I do it all the time. One of the great things we like about it is that whenever we don't have the time/or don't feeling like going out, we can just take our yoga class right in the living room.

Meditation and yoga will help us with relaxation and releasing stress. It makes you more flexible, stretches out the body and calms all the nerves. With school comes a lot of stress. For the next few weeks we will be doing a lot of yoga and meditation! Wish us luck!

Strengths
We took a test online to find our top strengths. We are going to use these results to hopefully improve our meditation work. We found the results very interesting and so far very helpful!

Starting Out
We started looking into the basics of yoga and mediation. We looked at different sites and information on what they can do for you. We researched them to see what benefits they could have for our health and our body's, we found some pretty interesting sites. So far it is going pretty good and we are just starting to get into some of the basic stuff.
